* The Nominator must fill out and submit the NOMINATION FORM no later than DECEMBER 15, 2011.
* Once nominated, the Playwright must then download the APPLICATION from this website, compile the required materials, and submit no later than JANUARY 15, 2012 to: info@playwrightsofnewyork.org.
* Ten finalists will be selected, notified and interviewed either in person or by phone the week of APRIL 2-10, 2012
* The winning PONY Fellow will be required to begin residency and active participation in the LARK community on October 1, 2012.
* The Fellowship ends September 15, 2013.
