If you have been nominated, please follow these instructions below to submit your application:
1) DOWNLOAD THE APPLICATION by clicking on the link below. TYPE YOUR ANSWERS to the questions directly into the Word document (.doc), and save the document to your computer, titling it with "YOUR NAME / APPLICATION".
2) CREATE AN E-MAIL to: info@playwrightsofnewyork.org. and put "YOUR NAME / APPLICATION" in the subject heading.
3) ATTACH THE APPLICATION (your filled-out Word document) to the e-mail.
4) ATTACH YOUR PLAY to the e-mail (in .doc or .pdf format only). Make sure your play document has a title page that includes your name.
5) CLICK SEND! Send the e-mail with these 2 attachments no later than January, 16, 2009.
